Feature Prioritization Study is recommended for clients needing to gather group feedback from specific target audiences on specific product or website features. The purpose of this study is to understand the importance of product or website features and/or functions through the eyes of your customer. The uniques twist to this methodology is that we produce a quantification of feature value in addition to the qualitative feedback. Feature Prioritization Studies can occur anytime within the site development or deployment cycle since the timing is predicated on the objectives of the study. We recommend at least 3 focus group sessions per study.
