Our approach to user experience measurement is unique. Here's how:

  • We capture a survey respondent's responses and click stream as an integrated record
  • We can customize the questions in a site survey based on each individual's journey through the site; they will see  questions related only to what they did or saw, not an avalanche of questions unrelated to their particular experience
