These question sets are designed to find out how successful participants were in achieving their visit purpose, why they were or were not successful, and how satisfied they were with their overall site experience. In addition, participants are asked how likely they are to return to the site, how likely they are to recommend the site to someone else, and what they plan to do next. Follow-up emails can be offered to uncover offline or post-visit behavior.
Once the desired number of participant sessions has been obtained, the participant data is reviewed and studied by one of our User Experience Analysts using our proprietary data mining software, VAST. Deep analysis is performed and a comprehensive report is produced and presented to the client.
